By purchasing any photography products or services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Copyright and Usage:

All photographs are protected under copyright law. Unless explicitly stated in the purchase agreement, the photographer retains full copyright ownership. Purchased images are for personal use only and cannot be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the photographer.

2. Licensing:

If licensing for commercial use is granted, specific terms of use, duration, and distribution will be outlined in a separate agreement. Unauthorized use of licensed photographs may result in legal action.

3. Non-Refundable Policy:

Due to the custom nature of photography products and services, all sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are not permitted unless otherwise specified under special circumstances.

4. Image Alteration:

Purchased photographs may not be altered, edited, or modified in any way (including filters, cropping, or other digital adjustments) without written approval from the photographer.

5. Delivery and Storage:

The photographer is not responsible for the long-term storage of images. Clients are advised to download and securely back up all purchased files upon delivery.

6. Unauthorized Use:

Any unauthorized reproduction, sale, or distribution of images will be subject to legal action and associated fees.
